Dear Members of the Perak Automobile Workshop Owners' Association,

Official Announcement: Cancellation of " Duit Service(Wang Sampai)" Practice

We are writing to formally announce the cancellation of the "Duit Service(Wang Sampai)" practice within the Perak Automobile Workshop Owners' Association, effective from 1st January 2025. Following thorough discussions and careful consideration, the association’s leadership and members have collectively decided to discontinue this practice. The primary reason for this decision is that some individuals have failed to appropriately follow the regulations concerning service fees, which has led to an increase in consumer complaints. This issue has progressively attracted heightened attention from government departments, which has adversely affected the reputation of our association.
Furthermore, we are sincerely to request that personnel in the relevant industry, who are not members of our association, also respect and support this decision.
This decision has been made to ensure greater transparency, fairness, and professionalism within the industry. While we acknowledge that this change may impact certain operations, we firmly believe it is a necessary step toward modernizing industry practices and maintaining the integrity of our community.
We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we transition towards this new direction. We are confident that this change will foster a more equitable, professional, and trustworthy environment for all members of the Perak Automobile Workshop Owners’ Association.

APPLICATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT CARD (CSAC) 2025

Please be advised that the Customer Service Agent Card issued by PAWOA in 2024 will be expiring on 31/12/2024. Those workshops which are involved in the towing business & free from PAWOA’s debt are advised to renew their CSAC or apply new card for their new employees with immediate effect. Those who wish to apply for the SAC 2025, please follow the link : Application For CSAC 2025
