Ms. Justina Qin from Wuhan Central Foreign Economic and Technical Cooperation Group Co. Ltd visited PAWOA and gave a brief introduction. She explained that Chinese universities are government-managed and not allowed to engage directly with overseas entities. Therefore, an independent intermediary is required — a role her company serves.

The purpose of the meeting was to explore potential collaboration between Chinese universities and local institutions to enhance skills and knowledge. PSA has been identified as the local partner. If PAWOA is interested in training programs, it may liaise with PSA, who will coordinate with Ms. Justina to arrange online meetings with university representatives.
