A briefing on the new "Code of Conduct" (CODE OF CONDUCT) to be implemented by Bank Negara on 02/01/2025, which must be followed by the insurance industry and repair shops, as well as an explanation of the PIAM license renewal.

During the meeting, we will provide a briefing on the "Code of Conduct" (COC) that will be officially implemented by Bank Negara and the Insurance & Takaful Operators (ITO) on January 2, 2025. Representatives from workshops involved in insurance claims, as well as estimators or relevant persons in charge of claims, must attend.
Additionally, we will also discuss matters related to the Persatuan Insurans Am Malaysia (PIAM), which the cancellation of the PIAM Authorised Repairs Scheme (PARS) on 31st July 2025.
