Under the collaboration among PROATEC eSKILL and MOTORDATA RESEARCH CONSORTIUM SDN BHD, an Estimating & Repair Methodology (QAP2) training course was successfully organized from 20th until 22nd September 2019, starting from 9:00am until 5:00pm in Perak Automobile Workshop Owners' Association (PAWOA), Ipoh, Perak and Ipoh Soo Kee Motors Sdn Bhd.

Before the training started, Mr. Kong Wai Kwong (president of PAWOA) and Mr. Steve Miller (CEO of MRC) gave a short speech.

A total of 18 participants from PARS workshop repairers and adjuster firms.

1. Understanding Motor Claim Repair Industry
2. Understanding the Collision Theory; Car Crashes and Relationship of the forces involved in a collision
3. Understanding and conduct the damaged accessing process
4. Understanding Thatcham Times System (TTS) and identify how the repair time derived
5. Calculating M.E.T., Panel and Paint time in the estimating
6. Understanding repair process and how to repair accident vehicles back to road worthiness
7. Case study on how to conduct a proper and detailed estimating
8. Final day Assessment - Participants are required to complete the 25 objective questions and estimate two (2) real accident vehicles
