The AGM was convened to review the Association’s annual reports, discuss matters relating to the development of the automotive repair industry, and strengthen engagement among members. A total of 41 members attended the meeting, reflecting strong participation and continued commitment from the membership. The Association would like to extend its sincere appreciation and gratitude to all members for taking time out of their schedules to attend and support the meeting, which reflects their continuous commitment and involvement in the Association’s activities.

In conjunction with the AGM, PAWOA continued its tradition of recognising academic excellence among members’ children. The Association presented bursary awards under the Members’ Children Academic Excellence Award Scheme in 2026 as part of its ongoing efforts to encourage and support educational achievement, as well as to motivate students to maintain high academic standards.
The bursary awards were presented in recognition of outstanding academic performance achieved in the year 2025. Recipients were selected based on their results and eligibility under the established scheme.
The certificates and awards were jointly presented by the President of the Association, Mr. Soon Tet On, together with the Head of the Education & Culture Bureau, Mr. Ng Ah Yee. The presentation formally acknowledged the recipients’ academic achievements and reflected the Association’s continued commitment to promoting educational excellence among members’ children.
